Our Team

Tereza Blahoutová [seminars(at)mkc.cz] studied sociology and public economics at the Masaryk University in Brno. In her master theses, she has been dealing with the resettlement programmes of refugees and policy instruments for overcoming Roma's social exclusion in the Czech Republic. She works as editor of the migrationonline.cz.

Marie Jelínková [migrace(AT)mkc.cz] graduated from the Faculty of Social Science of Charles University in Prague, at the Department of Social and Public Policy. She is a doctoral student and she specializes on Czech immigration policy with a special focus on Mongolian immigration. She has been working in Multicultural Centre Prague since December 2006 on migrationonline.cz . In MKC Praha, she is currently responsible for project Regularization as One of the Tools for the Fight against Irregular Migration.

Lucie Trlifajová [visawatch(AT)mkc.cz] studied Anthropology at the Faculty of Arts of the Charles University; her diploma work was focused on the current Ukrainian migration to the Czech Republic. During her studies she spent one year at Université de Toulouse in France (History and Sociology Department). She is currently a PhD student in sociology at the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University in Brno. In migrationonline.cz she is working on the visa problematic.

Denisa Udžanová [mise(AT)mkc.cz] studied Sociology and Cultural Anthropology at the UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies, University of London. She is interested in sociology of migration, integration processes and community development. In her final dissertation work she focused on conceptualisation of the family among Polish migrants living in London. At present she works as Project Coordinator at Multicultural Centre Prague, where she coordinates Media4Me project which aims at higher integration of migrants and social media.

Denisa Zobačová [support(AT)mkc.cz] provides technical support for the migrationonline website.
