Our Team


Tereza Blahoutová [seminars(at)mkc.cz] studied sociology at the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University in Brno. Her master thesis has focused on the resettlement programme of Chin refugees from Burma to the Czech Republic. Currently, she studies public economy at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University in Brno. She has been working in Multicultural Centre Prague since August 2010 as editor of the migrationonline.cz.

Marie Jelínková [migrace(AT)mkc.cz] graduated from the Faculty of Social Science of Charles University in Prague, at the Department of Social and Public Policy. She is a doctoral student and she specializes on Czech immigration policy with a special focus on Mongolian immigration. She has been working in Multicultural Centre Prague since December 2006 on migrationonline.cz . In MKC Praha, she is currently responsible for project Regularization as One of the Tools for the Fight against Irregular Migration.

Tereza Rejšková [rozvoj(AT)mkc.cz] studied sociology at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University and English and American studies at the Philosophical Faculty of the same university and at the University of Kent. She is the editor-in-chief of the migrationonline.cz website. She is especially interested in the links between migration and development. She also works on the methodology of the project Stereotýpek v nás, a multicultural education project. In the past she has contributed to the following projects: Bringing Awareness of Development Issues into Regions and CSO Development Effectiveness.

Barbora Tošnerová [mise(AT)mkc.cz] studied Western European Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University, Prague, and Portuguese at Lisbon's Classic University. In Migrationonline she deals with the integration of immigrants and media issues.

Lucie Trlifajová [visawatch(AT)mkc.cz] studied Anthropology at the Faculty of Arts of the Charles University; her diploma work was focused on the current Ukrainian migration to the Czech Republic. During her studies she spent one year at Université de Toulouse in France (History and Sociology Department). She is currently a PhD student in sociology at the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University in Brno. In migrationonline.cz she is working on the visa problematic.

Denisa Zobačová [support(AT)mkc.cz] provides technical support for the migrationonline website. He also participates in the project Regularization as One of the Tools for the Fight against Irregular Migration.
